Flush interior door slab, 1-3/4" thick: 7 mm HDF skins over an LVL frame and a high-density grid core. Lock blocks on both stiles, so it hangs left or right. Two coats of primer, sanded and ready for final top coat on site.

Lock blocks run 43-5/16" (1100 mm) up both stiles, starting 17-11/16" (450 mm) from the bottom. A lever at the usual 36" height with a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset bores into solid LVL, and the slab hangs left or right.
