Flush interior door slab, 1-3/4" thick: 7 mm HDF skins over an LVL frame and a sound-dampening 3D Silent core. Lock blocks on both stiles, so it hangs left or right. Two coats of primer, sanded and ready for final top coat on site.

HDF skins, 7 mm

Lock blocks run 43-5/16" (1100 mm) up both stiles, starting 17-11/16" (450 mm) from the bottom. A lever at the usual 36" height with a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset bores into solid LVL, and the slab hangs left or right.
